One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Manager, HR & Employee Experience in the United States.
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Senior Manager, HR & Employee Experience to lead initiatives that elevate workplace culture, engagement, and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for enhancing the employee journey from onboarding to engagement through performance enablement and internal communications. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to leadership and an advocate for employees, helping shape a culture of transparency, growth, and inclusivity. This is a high-impact, fully remote position that offers an opportunity to influence people operations in a mission-driven, fast-paced organization.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee onboarding and employee assimilation to ensure a welcoming and structured new hire experience
- Maintain and enhance internal platforms (Notion, company intranet) and communications (newsletters, announcements)
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and cultural events
- Lead administration and strategy of performance management tools (Lattice)
- Manage and analyze employee experience surveys to inform improvements
- Collaborate with leadership to communicate updates on policies, events, and organizational changes
- Support employee relations and coach managers on sensitive personnel issues
- Maintain an organized communications calendar and deliver consistent, engaging internal messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- 3+ years in employee engagement or experience management
- 2+ years of experience in employee relations and people management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience managing internal platforms such as Notion, Lattice, Iterable, or similar
- Background in high-growth or start-up environments preferred
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, Asana or similar project management tools
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and passion for people-first company culture
Benefits
